To create these textile designs, I went through my usual art process beginning with finding inspiration and looking for solutions through hand illustrating. In each print, I wanted to combine geometric and organic elements to create a pattern that felt in line with the Spring/Summer 2019 season. I painted the patterns using watercolor and gouache, and then scanned the paintings into the computer and made minor alterations the prep the patterns for print production.
