Where are your products made? 
I create everything in my home studio in South Boston, Mass 

How many employees are in your company? 
Just myself! and the gracious help from my assistant Patsy 

Why doesn’t my order ship immediately? 
I work incredibly fast for the custom, hand-painted nature of my work. Although time-consuming, I can rush orders when absolutely necessary. Depending on scope, projects take 1-5 days to complete. I work 50 hours a week to create thoughtful work for each person. Orders ship between 2-4 weeks after being placed. 

I placed an order and have questions about eta.
No updates from me tend to mean you did everything right in the order process and I am working diligently to complete your request. I send photos or videos of completed pieces and shipping confirmation.  

Why are orders fulfilled 2-4 weeks after placement? 
Orders are fulfilled chronologically as they were placed, or as rush demands come up. I want everyone to enjoy the creations as intended so please communicate exact timelines.

Can I rush an order for an upcoming event, etc? 
Yes, the rush fee is $50 and express shipping is available for between $30-85 increase from standard ground depending upon your location. Rush timeline is 4 business days rather than standard 10-20 business days.

How do I track an order? 
You can track the order with the tracking and shipping info that is emailed upon completion. FedEx is my carrier, and works as hard to get you your packages on time as I do! 

Do you ship internationally?

Sadly at this time I do not ship internationally.

 

Shipping Policy:

Orders take 2-6 business days to arrive via standard shipping, depending on where it's going.  During this time, processing can be up to 3 days.

**due to the overflow of volume with our carriers due to COVID-19 and an increasing number of supply chain issues, standard shipping can take up to 8 business days, and, unfortunately, it is out of my hands. I am given the same info as you.


My order was damaged, what do I do? 
Art is delicate and shipping carriers are not. Please email me immediately to fix the problem diligently. I seek to resolve as soon as I can, photos help so I know what to avoid next time!
