Where are your products made? 
I create everything in my home studio in Boston’s North End

How many employees are in your company? 
Just myself! 

Why doesn’t my order ship immediately? 
I work as fast as possible for the highly detailed, hand-painted nature of my work. Although time-consuming, I can rush orders when absolutely necessary. Expect and plan for 4-6 weeks after being placed whenever possible, and flag hard deadlines so I can be sure to meet your goals.

I placed an order and have questions about eta. but I haven't heard back.
No updates from me tend to mean you did everything right in the order process and I am working diligently to complete your request. Much of my work is offline and I approach email like many artists do, which I don't intend to be frustrating in our chronically online age. I can send photos or videos of in progress or completed pieces, and allow one round of edits if you have feedback.  

Can I rush an order for an upcoming event, etc? 
Yes, the rush fee is $50 and express shipping is available for between $30-85 increase from standard ground depending upon your location. Rush timelines are determined by you, but you must add the "Rush My Order" option at check out.

 

My order doesn't look exactly like others I have seen, what influences this? 

Each request is unique, and each photo merits a unique representation. I paint until it feels finished, this allows each bottle to remain an individual work of art and avoid a formula structure.  

How do I track an order? 
You can track the order with the tracking and shipping info that is emailed upon completion. Carriers works as hard to get you your packages on time as I do! 

Do you ship internationally?

Sadly at this time, I do not ship internationally.

OOPS! I put the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

Absolutely, I can change the destination if you added the wrong one, moved, or decide you want it to go directly to the recipient, etc. Send me an email with your corrected address and be sure to click through the entire shipping notification link because the email preview will always display the one you input at check out.  

Shipping Policy:

Orders take 2-6 business days to arrive via standard shipping, depending on where it's going.  During this time, processing can be up to 3 days. Standard shipping can take up to 8 business days, and, unfortunately, it is out of my hands once it is out of my hands. I am given the same info as you.


My order was damaged, what do I do? 
Art is delicate and shipping carriers are not. Please email me immediately to fix the problem diligently. I seek to resolve as soon as I can, photos help so I know what to avoid next time! My standard process is replacement, as refunds are not sustainable as a one-woman show—placing an order is accepting joint responsibility for the project investment.
